- Pumpkin seeds
- Dried dates
- Poppy seeds
Tryptophan amino acid is essential for a better and good sleep, and pumpkin seeds are rich in tryptophan and amino acids. It relaxes our mind which helps us sleep better. Apart from this, the pumpkin seeds also contain zinc – all the things which are rich in tryptophan amino acid and zinc help increase the serotonin hormones in the body which relaxes our brain, and after consuming these things, we can sleep better.
We will need to grind all these ingredients to make a powder out of these and for that, take 100-150 gm dried dates and chop them into small pieces, then rub these pieces to make a powder. And just like so, grind pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds, and almonds, and make their powder.
Then for the recipe, take 100 grams pumpkin seeds powder, add 100 grams almond powder, followed by 100 to 150 grams dried dates powder, and add 50 grams poppy seeds powder and mix all these ingredients together then this remedy will be ready. The reason we have used poppy seeds for the solution is that poppy seeds are very beneficial for our stomach, skin, and brain. It contains zinc, manganese, and magnesium. Consuming this every evening helps keep our mind calm which helps us sleep better.
Dried dates are also rich in tryptophan amino acids, and its antioxidant properties help the oxygen to reach our brain. This powder should be consumed two hours before going to bed every night and to consume this, take one cup lukewarm milk and mix one tablespoon powder in the milk and consume it. This family contains all the nutrients which are essential for a better sleep that the body needs.
Consuming this remedy cures the problem of waking up in the middle of the night, and if this solution is consumed on a regular basis, then it helps cure the problems like insomnia, and other sleeping disorders.
