Our products are manufactured with ease of shipping in mind. All boxes are packed with extra layers of protection to ensure your product makes it to you in flawless condition. In the rare event you receive a blemished or defective product, we will replace that item – no questions asked.

We roll and compress our Icon Sleep mattresses so they can fit ergonomically in a box. This means we can ship your mattress via a common carrier like FedEx as opposed to shipping via freight carrier. With FedEx, you don’t even have to be at home to accept delivery. Freight carriers require customers to receive the items personally and will give only morning or afternoon delivery windows. All mattresses ship via FedEx Ground and orders placed before 2:00 pm EST will ship within the day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST will ship the following business day. We don’t ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. See the FedEx transit chart below for estimated transit time to your area. Please note that the ship date does not count as a transit day. We will also charge an additional shipping fee if the destination cannot be reached by FedEx Ground vehicles. Contact us if you need expected shipping or shipping outside of the continental USA before placing your order. Then we can quote you the extra fee.
